Zesty Lemon Mousse Mix
This mix has the absolute flavor of sunshine. It's tangy, it's zesty and it says ZING the minute it touches your mouth.
Preparation Instructions
Pour 1 cup chilled water from refrigerator into deep bowl. (Cold tap water will result in lower yield and softer texture.) Add mix. Use electric mixer and mix on low 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Continue mixing on high 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form. Pour mousse into dishes and chill in refrigerator. The mousse will be ready in an hour; however, we prefer to let it chill 3 hours when time permits!
Other Party Ideas:
Pour prepared mousse into an 8-inch graham cracker pie crust. Top with prepared dairy topping Chill. Garnish with lemon slices.
Fill parfait glasses with alternate layers of pumpkin mousse and fresh raspberries or blueberries. Chill. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
Fill individual prepared pastry tarts with mousse. Top with slices of kiwi or berries. Drizzle on vanilla glaze. Chill.
