Directions:
1.)Mix contents of White Chocolate Cherry packet with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.
2.)Chill mixture until firm.
3.)Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve on graham crackers, fruit or a variety of cookies.

White Chocolate Cherry Mix: Sugar, dehydrated cherries, creamer (partially
hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, soy lecithin), natural and artificial flavors (modified corn starch, dextrose), ascorbic acid, malic acid, natural and artificial white chocolate flavor (modified tapioca starch, maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, sodium citrate), salt. Topping:

Cherry Mousse Cheesecake
1.) Mix contents of White Chocolate Cherry Mix with 8 oz. cream cheese and
4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.
2.) Add 8 oz. prepared whipped topping.
3.) Spoon into prepared graham cracker pie crust and sprinkle with contents of
Topping packet. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
