Directions:
WHISK SOUP MIX INTO SIX CUPS WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL,
STIRRING OFTEN. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER UNCOVERD 20 MINUTES,
STIRRING OFTEN.
For Variety:
ADD COOKED SAUSAGE, CORN, HAM, GREEN CHILIES OR COOKED
SALMON.

Ingredients:
Dehydrated potatoes, onions, carrots and garlic, food
starch-modified, soybean oil, corn syrup solids, potato flour, cheddar
cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt and enzymes), whey, salt,
hydrolyzed soy protein, blue cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese
cultures, salt and enzymes), natural flavor, sodium caseinate (a milk
derivative), rendered chicken fat, mono and diglycerides, disodium
inosinate and disodium guanylate, soy lecithin, lactic acid, turmeric.
Laurie's Favorite Recipe-CHEESY POTATO CHEDDAR BAKE
*1 CUP LAURIE'S KITCHEN WHITE CHEDDAR POTATO SOUP MIX
2 1/2-CUPS WATER
1lb.FROZED, CUBED POTATOES (3 1/2 CUPS)
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1-4oz. CAN DICED GREEN CHILIES
1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
*(REMAINING SOUP MIX WILL PREPARE 3 CUPS SOUP)
Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
GREASE AN 8"X8" CASSEROLE DISH. IN A LARGE BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER
WATER AND SOUP MIX. STIR IN SOUR CREAM AND DICED GREEN CHILIES.
FOLD IN POTATOES AND SPREAD INTO CASSEROLE DISH. BAKE UNCOVERED
50 MINUTES. SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER CASSEROLE AND BAKE ANOTHER 10
MINUTES. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
