Rock'N Guac Dip Mix


GUACAMOLE
Make this fresh, delicious guacamole with our mix and you'll never go back to prepared guac from a refrigerator case. Simply mash three avacados and combine with our Rock'N Guac mix and a little water, and you're ready for a party in minutes.

DIRECTIONS
Combine Seasoning Packet with:

  • 3 Tbsp water (allow to stand 15 min)
  • Halve 2-3 avocados, remove the pits, and scoop pulp into bowl
  • Add seasoning packet to the bowl
    Mash with a fork until pulp is mostly smooth and seasoning is well-blended. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

    Old World Spices: Rock'N Guac Recipe

    CREAMY AVOCADO DRESSING

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1 pkg Rock'N Guac seasoning
    Scoop out avocado and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Allow to set in the refrigerator, covered for 15 minutes. Serve over your favorite salad.

    INGREDIENTS
    Dehydrated vegetables (including onion, corn, tomato and jalapeno), maltodextrin, dextrose, salt, spices, citric acid, natural flavor and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
