Potato soup
A creamy & hearty chowder made with large chunks of potatoes. We even leave the skins on for more flavor! Simple Spuds never tasted so delicious! Let your imagination go...add cheese, chives, or bacon bits for a tasty twist on an old-fashioned winner. This soup is sure to become a family favorite.
You Will Need:
5-6 cups water (for a richer taste, use milk instead of water), salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
Whisk contents of package into 5 cups warm water. Stirring frequently, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. For a thinner soup, add more water. For a thicker soup, cook a little longer.
For Variety add any of the following:
Can of clams (do not drain), can of corn (drained), 1/2 cup diced ham, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Let your imagination run wild!

Dehydrated vegetables (including potatoes, celery, and onion), non-dairy creamer (partially hydrogenated soy bean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate, salt, dipotassium phosphate, sodium silicoaluminate, carrageenan and artificial color). wheat flour, modified food starch, chicken base (salt, sugar chicken fat, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn wheat gluten soy protein), rendered chicken fat, dehydrated garlic, natural flavors, garlic and onion powders, spices, autolyzed yeast extract, and not more than 2 percent silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Allergens: contains milk, soy, and wheat.
