Directions:
1.) Add contents to 4 eight ounce cups (32 oz.) of boiling water.
2.) Add one 8 ounce cup of Tomato sauce (optional)
3.) Simmer for approximately 12-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
4.) When done sprinkle with grated cheese and enjoy. A drizzle of olive oil is tasty too.
5.) Good additions: meatballs, cooked escarole, or pepperoni slices

No. 1 Semolina Pasta, precooked navy beans, salt, sugar, onion, parsley, oregano, garlic, soy protein, extracts of celery and onion, tumeric.
