Directions:
1.) Mix contents of Lemon Cheesecake packet with 8 oz. cream cheese and
4 Tbs. butter or margarine.
2.)Chill mixture until firm.
3.)Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as ball but tastes great as a spread.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve on graham crackers, cookies, fruit or bagels.
