Key Lime Cheeseball
If you haven't tried our cheeseball mixes, you don't know what you're missing! They're EASY to prepare (just add cream cheese and 4 tablespoons of butter), and even easier to enjoy. The true key lime flavor will deliver smiles and sunshine!
Preparation Instructions
Cream 8 oz. cream cheese with 4 tablespoons softened butter. Add mix from packet A. Blend well. Place cheese mixture on plastic wrap; wrap plastic around the mixture, and form it into a ball. Chill well. Before serving, put contents of packet B into a mixing bowl. “Refine” the ball's shape, unwrap it and place it in the bowl. Rotate bowl, rolling the ball in the contents of packet B to coat it. Serve with vanilla wafers, sweet crackers, or apple slices.
Ingredients
Packet A: sugar, maltodextrin, corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated coconut oil, sodium citrate, potassium caseinate (from milk), citric acid, silicon dioxide (prevents caking), carboxymethylcellulose, natural and artificial flavors, coconut solids, modified corn starch, yellow 5, and blue 1 ; Packet B: sugar, coconut, yellow corn flour, caramel color, BHA, and citric acid
