DIRECTIONS
In a small kettle bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add in entire contents of this package, 1-15 oz. can of tomato sauce, & 1/2 Lb. of diced beef. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 25 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve with fresh grated Romano or parmesan cheese over top of hot soup. Makes 8 delicious one cup servings.
VARIATIONS
Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup

1/2 Lb. Sausage or Beef, 2 Small Onion-Diced, 2 Carrot-Sliced, 2 Red Potato-Diced, 2 Stalk Celery-sliced, 1-15 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce, 6 Cups water
Directions: In a medium sized kettle, over a high heat, pour in water, tomato sauce, small sausage pieces and all cut vegetables. Bring to a boil, then turn down to medium low. Cook for 15 minutes, add entire contents of this package and turn down to low. Cook for 10 more, until vegetables & beans are tender. Serve with grated Parmesan or Romano over top... Truly Delicious!
