Quick and Easy Directions
1. Empty mix into saucepan. Add 3 cups water slowly, stirring thoroughly to mix well.
2. Heat for several minutes, stirring constantly until soup thickens. Add 1 cup milk (low or no-fat is fine).
Variations
Use as a cheese sauce by adding enough hot water and milk for desired consistency.
