Old World Spices: Creamy Carmel Recipes
FRUIT DIP
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg Old World's Creamy Caramel dessert seasoning
Blend together cream cheese, sour cream and Old World's Creamy Caramel gourmet dessert seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with fresh fruit slices.
NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped topping
1 pkg Old World's Creamy Caramel dessert seasoning
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Creamy Caramel gourmet dessert seasoning and sour cream and blend until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
CARAMEL CHEESEBALL
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
3 Tbsp Creamy Caramel seasoning
Blend together cream cheese and butter. Add Creamy Caramel seasoning and mix well. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. (Optional: Roll in chopped pecans or chocolate shavings before serving) Serve with fruit or chocolate wafers.
CREAMY CARAMEL PASTRIES
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp margarine, softened
4 Tbsp Creamy Caramel seasoning
2 cans (8 oz) crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend together cream cheese and margarine until creamy. Add seasoning and mix well.
Unroll both cans of crescent rolls and divided into 8 rectangles. Spoon 1 tablespoon of caramel cream cheese mixture onto one half of rectangle. Fold dough in half so that cream cheese is completely covered. Press edges of dough together with a fork. Cut two or three slits in dough on top side of pastry and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until pastry dough is golden brown. Drizzle with Rich Caramel Sauce* and serve warm. (Try topping the pastry with a scoop of vanilla ice cream before drizzling with Caramel Sauce.)
*Rich Caramel Sauce
Combine 2 tablespoons Creamy Caramel seasoning with 2 tablespoons plain yogurt. Mix well and let set for 5 minutes, allowing the seasoning to completely absorb into yogurt. Once smooth, stir again and drizzle over pastries.

Brown sugar, Natural Caramel flavor (maltodextrin, Dextrose), caramel color, canola oil, and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
