Directions:
1.)Mix contents of Coconut Cream Pie packet with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.
2.)Chill mixture until firm.
3.)Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve on graham crackers, cookies, or as a spread for bagels.

Coconut Cream Mix: Sugar, coconut (sodium metabisulfite as a preservative), natural and artificial flavors (dextrose, maltodextrin, modified food starch (derived from corn and tapioca, brown sugar), creamer (partially hydrogenated soy bean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium
caseinate, mono and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, soy lecithin), whey, caramel color, salt, artificial color (yellow 5). Toasted Coconut Topping: Deissicated coconut, sugar, dextrose, and salt.

Coconut Cream Pie
1.) Mix contents of Coconut Cream Pie Mix with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs.
softened butter or margarine.
2.) Add 8 oz. prepared whipped topping.
3.) Spoon into prepared pie crust (graham cracker or regular baked crust) and sprinkle top with contents of Topping packet.
