Empty the contents of several packets into a medium pan with correct amount of water and bring to a boil. Add pre-cooked diced pork or chicken and simmer for additional 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced bamboo shoots or other vegetables.
Directions
Empty the contents of one packet into a soup mug or small bowl. Stir in 2/3 cup boiling water and mix well (more or less according to taste). Let stand for one minute to allow vegetables to re-hydrate. This package contains 2 individual servings.
