Hopefully by now you've heard about or tasted our truly remarkable Chicken Enchilada Soup. Well believe it or not, we've discovered a way to fuse our delicious Enchilada Soup with our fantastic Chili recipe into "En-CHILI-ada!"...Get it?...Yuk yuk. DIRECTIONS
In a large size kettle, brown 1-1/2 Lb. of ground beef, drain grease. Add in 2 cup of water, 2-15 oz. cans of tomato sauce, 1-16 oz. can of dark red kidney beans(drained). Now stir in the entire contents of package. Cook over medium-low heat, simmer for approximately 25 minutes. Try serving over cooked elbow pasta with shredded cheddar cheese. “That sure is some GOOD Fixins‘!”... Makes 12 cups.
