Directions:
1.)Mix contents of Carrot Cake packet with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine.
2.)Chill mixture until firm.
3.)Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve on cookies, crackers, bagels or use to fill celery.
