Bell Pepper and Garlic Cheeseball
The savory flavor makes this equally good on crackers, crusty bread, and even bagels.
Preparation Instructions
For Cheeseball:
Cream 8 oz. cream cheese with 4 tablespoons softened butter. Add contents of packet A. Blend well. Place cheese mixture on plastic wrap; wrap plastic around mixture, and form it into a ball. Chill well. Before serving, put contents of packet B into a mixing bowl. Refine the ball's shape, unwrap it, and place it in bowl. Rotate bowl, rolling the contents of packet B to coat it. Serve with crackers.
For a Soft Spread:
Cream together 8 oz. whipped cream cheese with 2 tablespoons softened butter. Add contents of both packet A and B. Blend very well. Serve with bread, bagels, etc.

Red and Green Bell peppers, garlic spices, paprika, and parsley.
