DIRECTIONS
In a small size kettle, combine 4 cups water, 1 small sliced onion. Whisk in entire contents of soup mix and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Pour into soup crocks and cover soup with croutons or slice of toasted bread. Top with a slice of Provolone or Swiss cheese, broil until bubbly golden brown. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika! Makes 4 delicious one cup servings!
