Wild Rice Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound bacon -- browned drained & crumbled
- 1 onion -- diced
- 16 ounces mushrooms -- drained
- 3 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pint half and half
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup raw wild rice -- cooked
- 2 cups shredded american cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 4 hours.
