Enchilada Soup #2
Ingredients

clove garlic, minced
- 1 can
chicken broth
- 1 can
beef broth
- 1 can
cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz.
can chopped green chilies
- 2 (6
3/4 oz.) cans chunk chicken
- 1
tbsp. A-1 sauce
- 2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp.
chili powder
- 1 1/2
c. water
- 1/2
tsp. cumin
- 6
tortillas, cut in strips
- 12 oz.
Cheddar cheese
Directions
Saute
onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients, except tortillas and
Cheddar cheese. Simmer 1 hour. Add tortillas and Cheddar
cheese.
