Vegetable Noodle
Soup with Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 c. water

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato soup

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable mix

1 env. noodle soup mix with real chicken broth

2 c. cut up cooked chicken

3 med. potatoes, cubed (already cooked)

2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon
Directions
In large pan combine
water, tomato sauce and vegetables. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring occasionally
for 10 minutes. Stir in noodle soup mix, chicken and potatoes (I usually add
the potato water to the soup). Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15
minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
