Creamy Chicken
Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter

1 c. chopped onion

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms

1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

1 c. diced, cooked chicken

2 c. partially cooked noodles
-
2 cubes chicken bouillon
-
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in soup
pot, saute vegetables with poultry seasoning until onions are tender. Add
chicken and noodles. Cover with water. Add chicken soup and bouillon cubes.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer until noodles are tender and bouillon
cubes dissolve. Season to taste. Serves 6-8.
