Cheesy Spinach Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. soft reduced calorie margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Made With 2% Milk Reduced Fat
Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- Dash pepper
Directions
Melt margarine
in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook on
low heat until Velveeta is melted and soup is heated through, stirring
occasionally.
