Velveeta Broccoli Soup
Ingredients

2 cups broccoli, finely chopped

2 cans chicken broth

1 clove garlic, minced

1 can diced tomatoes with juice

1/2 can (small size) green chilies

6 ounces Velveeta light, cubed
Directions
Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Add broth, garlic, tomatoes
and chilies. Bring to a simmer. Lower temperature and add Velveeta. Cook just
until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
