Creamy Swiss and Broccoli Soup
Ingredients

1 cup ham, chopped

1 cup water

1 package (l0-ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli

2 cups milk

3 tablespoons flour

2 cups Swiss cheese, cubed

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Boil chopped ham
in water for 10 minutes. Add broccoli. Cook until
tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add
milk mixture to ham mixture, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, until slightly thickened.
Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cubed cheese, salt and a dash of pepper. Cook
until cheese melts.
