Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Soup
Ingredients

1 package (16 oz. size) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced

4 cups water

1 tablespoon chicken base

1 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli

1 can (12 oz. size) evaporated milk

3 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 cup shredded American cheese

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
In large saucepan, combine water, chicken base onions and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer 6-8 minutes or until broccoli is tender. In small bowl combine milk and
flour; stir until smooth. Add to broccoli mixture; cook over medium heat until
thickened. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add cheeses and mustard;
cook stirring constantly until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
