Cuban Asparagus Soup Recipe
Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

4 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup finely chopped asparagus

1/4 cup asparagus liquid
Directions
Melt butter. Add blended flour, milk, and salt and cook over low heat or
double boiler until liquid begins to bubble and thicken. Add vegetables and
cook for a further 2 or 3 minutes.
