Asparagus Spinach and Potato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 asparagus stalks, washed,
cut in pieces
- 1 pound spinach, washed,
chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled,
quartered
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients, except
the milk, in a kettle & cover Let boil for 30 minutes. Pass through a
sieve. Add the milk. Serve
