Quick and Easy Directions
1. Bring 4 cups water to boil, add mix and stir well.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add 1/2 cup milk (low or no-fat is fine).
Variations
- Serve hot or chill in refrigerator to serve as a vichyssoise. Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
- This soup is an excellent base for corn or fish chowder or to add pureed or chopped broccoli or other vegetables.
