This hearty soup, brimming with orzo pasta, onion, celery and special spices is simply delicious by itself - or, take it to the next level by adding chopped smoked sausage - incomparably the best!
Preparation:
Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add 15 oz can of tomato sauce and soup mix. Add 1/2 lb chopped smoked sausage (optional). Simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
