Consultants had oodles of 'sales suggestions' for us, but we thought their ideas sounded like pages right out of a romance novel ... 'The rich soup aroma will feed your inner yearnings.' Huh? No ... that didn't work for us.

Finally the deadline arrived.

We had to decide.

We couldn't decide.

We went to lunch.

As we looked at the menu trying to decide 'what would be good', it hit us! People decide what to eat based on how the food tastes. It's that simple. So, we decided to not complicate things and to simply tell you this: You won't believe how good our soups taste. They're award winning, they're easy, and Mom says they're good enough for company. If you're considering our products, here's some info to subtly sway you into buying them. (Hey, we're from the Midwest; we don't want to be too pushy here...)

Our foods taste real good! Our Moms say so, our families say so and even the judges at the biggest gourmet food show in America said so. We won first place! (We were so thrilled we were speechless, and that doesn't happen very often!!)

Thursdays are officially NBD (no bra days) at our company. This just helps us feel less... restricted. You could say this gives us the freedom to be creative and produce really terrific comfort food!

Because we own the company, we get to do what we want! (Well, more or less. We do have to pay those bills. ) But... because we own the company, we don't have to chase crazy fads! We just make great foods that normal people (that would be you) can serve to your (normal) family and friends!
