Directions
In a kettle combine soup base with 4 cups hot water. Blend well with whisk. Stir in mushrooms from packet. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes; stirring occasionally (dont boil).
Special Touches
Our soups are terrific just as they are. However, if you would like to add your own “special touch”, consider stirring in one of the following:
- using this mix as a starting point for stroganoff
- stir in thinly sliced leeks
- add a splash of your favorite wine
- toss in left over roast beef, or browned hamburger
