Hot, but not too hot Chili Seasoning, Pinto Beans:
A healthy meal - use with or without meat. An easy homemade chili. You may serve with bread and salad for a complete and tasty meal. You can also add some red and green peppers for variety.
- Cooks in 20 minutes.
- Serves four.

- Low Fat.
Directions:
1.) Add 2 cups of water and 1/2 LB. sauteed hamburger or any cooked meat.
2.) Add one 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
3.) Bring to a boil, simmer 20-30 minutes.
4.) For a thicker chili, add one tablespoon wheat flour or corn meal.
5.) Makes 4 servings.
6.) Serve and enjoy
