1 medium onion
Directions:
1. Brown 1 lb ground beef. Drain off excess fat.
2. Add medium diced onion.
3. Add contents of chili pouch and simmer 15 minutes.
Variation:
Add a 15 oz can of kidney beans, drained.
Serving Suggestion:
Makes about 4.5 servings. Suggested serving size is 100g.
