Each mix makes 3 to 6 8oz cups of soup. A 3 cup mix will make 2 bowls of soup, 12 ounces each.
A 4 cup mix will make 2 1/2 bowls of soup, 12 ounces each.
A 5 cup mix will make a little over 3 bowls of soup, 12 ounces each.
