Directions
Place desired items in Soup Sock such as:
Poultry, beef, seafood, vegetables, whole spices
Tie a knot in the open end or secure with cooking twine
Place in pot and allow to cook according to recipe
Carefully remove with oven mit and/or tongs. Sock and contents will be hot!
Allow to drain. Gently squeeze out excess liquid over pot if desired
Discard or cut open and transfer contents into serving dish.
For boiling and steaming only. Not for use in oven or pan. Keep away from flame.
