You do not need prior authorization to return a product to us. When
returning an item, please include a copy of your invoice and a note
telling us why you are unhappy with the product. We hope to learn from
our customers and do a better job in the future. Your refund will be
made by the same method as your original payment. See our Guarantee.
Express shipping in not refundable. Express is any other than ground shipping.
International shipping is not refundable. Returns for refusal
of duty and taxes on international orders will not be accepted. Contact
your local customs office prior to ordering for any duty and taxes
which may be applicable.
Shipping is not refundable for refused orders and orders which are not deliverable.
Opened food items are not returnable.
Returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
