Each mix makes 11 or more 8oz cups of soup.
To determine the
number of bowls of soup per mix, you will need 1 1/2 cups for each bowl
of soup. If you divide the number of cups the mix makes by 1.5, you
will get the approximate number of bowls of soup per mix. As an
example, a 12 cup mix will make about 8 bowls of soup (12 divided by
1.5 = 8).
